21st Century Learning Centers provide safe opportunities, tutoring, homework help, mentoring, socialization, youth development activities, drug , tobacco, alcohol, and violence prevention programs, technology education, art, music, recreation, entrepreneurial education, fitness, and character education for our communities youth. We emphasize West Virginia heritage and Appalachian Culture. Our program is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the students. Working together with other local agencies and businesses, and we are making a difference in the quality of activities available to our youth. Our program is free of charge, open to all students and their families, and always supervised by an approved adult or student.

We are currently developing new programs and searching for fresh ideas for programs to benefit the community. We welcome new students to participate in all activities.
