Take It From Us is a student-run organization focusing on leadership and service
learning. TIFU students participate in weekly meetings with elected officers and organize student-led service events.

TIFU members also participate in county school visits once a month where they talk to younger students about a variety of topics, including:
Raze is West Virginia's youth tobacco
prevention and education program. Since 2001, students in grades 6-12
have participated in Raze crews in schools and community organizations
as Scouts, 4-H, and religious organizations. Within crews, Raze members
educate their peers, schools,and communities through tobacco education
activities called "commotions".We're on a mission to tear down tobacco lies and spread the truth about the dangers of smoking and vaping.
PATCH currently has 2 RAZE crews that operate in Roane County, one for Roane County High School, the other for Spencer Middle School.
