Part of PATCH's mission is to provide opportunities for communities to participate in healthy activities in Roane, Mason, and Wirt Counties.

PATCH has been in partnership with Jack Garrett Ford to sponsor monthly fun-runs and walks. PATCH also works with the Roane General Hospital Fitness Complex in the Wellness and Prescription For Your Health programs.

PATCH has provided walking trails in Roane County such as the Methodist Property Trail, Camp Sheppard, Ben's Run, Sunnybank Trails, and Amma Walking Trail.
